Tatay

"Tatay" is the Filipino term for "father", daddy", or "papa".

I decided to give this one a title that hails from my native tongue to make it closer to my heart. And I guess it can pass for "Father's Day" on June.

Yes that's Sephiroth. With a little Light Yagami from Death Note. The little girl is the kid version of the prototype thief from Ragnarok Online.

Now before you start screaming things about this little crossover, here are some other things you should know about this piece:

1. This is the last art that I finished coloring using my old computer before its processor died.

2. This was drawn for the purpose of emitting brain fart! Yeah, in other words, it was drawn randomly but I finally decided to finish it and color it.

3. I enjoyed drawing Light's facial expression.

4. The two kids are dressed rather formally and the only adult with them is wearing casual clothing. Just imagine that he fetched them from school or he took them away from a social event that was boring them to tears.

5. Proof that this is brain fart: I gave them beady eyes.

6. Pardon the cheesy bright skies behind them but this was actually meant to look like a cheesy family candid photo that was taken by the paparazzi.

7. Attempting to guess on who the mother is will only give you a headache and may also prompt you to think that my imagination is really, really wild and borderlines crazy. (hey, thinking outside the box is not a crime. haha ) But if you have observed from my previous works who the girl who I'm pairing up with that silverhaired dude is, I think you may already know the answer.
